new motherboard processor memory and solid state drive

hi guys hoping u can help me out recently bought a geforce gtx 660 twin frozr and a corsair tx 750 for my desktop i now am getting processor and memory bottleneckinga bit during game play so have budget of about this 755.10 US Dollar 500 uk pounds as i am in the uk looking at what my best options are as i will be keeping standard and teh game will be used mostly for gaming all help is much appreciated

amd quad core 9600 phenom

4gb ddr 2 800
geforce gtx 660 twin frozr 3

so i am looking at buying all of the above in the title of thread

problem i am having is most games run fine no probs with the gfx but the problem is its gets very stuttery on f1 2012 and civilization 5 so i am presuming the processor and ram cant keep up

Also i would like to mention that the SSD's do not have much affect on the gaming performance, so you can get this configuration instead which would be better for gaming. SSD is also included here for the OS in this config also.

Here i have included another 660. So you can put 2 660's now and have them in SLI that would boost the gaming performance a lot. Also, it has a 128GB SSD along with 1TB HDD and hence there is a lot of space for everything.

These builds are much more powerful and as speedy as the above build. But with a 128GB SSD and 1TB HDD instead of the 2 SSD's with combined storage of 500GB and this one would be much more powerful than the first recommendation for gaming as it adds another 660 which when two combined should be awesome.
