need help for newbie gaming rig, 600-650usd budget.

Hi, should i go for i3 3225 with gtx 760 and poor $50 board or i5 3350 with $150 GPU and a hundred bucks for board? If not so, can anyone recommend me a good build for gaming?

Do this. Just stick with AMD, it leaves more budget for the rest of your build.

Hi thanks for your reply, i might go AMD but my max budget is 650 and that's it, can someone cut the prices?

Can someone cut the price to 650? Thats my max budget, and if you do, i might go AMD.
  3. When quoting, go to the very end and start typing :P I got confused.
Anyways, just change the HDD to a $55 barracuda (pcpartpicker glitched I think), change the MoBo to a Extreme3 (There is very little difference, not even noticeable tbh), consider changing RAM to a 1 x 8GB from Axevir, and you'd be just under budget I think :)
(yes, I know the RAM is slightly slower, but he can OC it, and latency isn't THAT noticeable tbh)
  4. Im sorry about that, im in mobile right now so i have limited options to do, thanks for the idea, ill do it. Thank you and god bless!
