You're pretty much better off going with the 4770 (or K version if overclocking) as it costs less and is on the newer haswell chipset which leaves it easier for upgrading later on...You don't need liquid cooling if you're not overclocking - you may have to send back that mobo and get a new 1150 socket mobo which will allow for a change in CPU. Other than that, looks like you're fine - 750W may be marginally too much but if you're planning on going for an SLI set up then keep it just for some headroom.
