Power supply surges

Hello everybody,
Just assembled new pc 1 day testing)
And its first time I see such things on pc: in games randomly system reboots and show message with warning that Power supply surges detected.
Does it mean I need more powerful power supply to run that gpu?
Sorry, but really first time I see such message.
Ram frequency set to 1600 mhz from 1333 without changing timing and voltage is stock
What should I check first of all?

Sound like you got a bad PSU, since new would immediately RMA it or return/exchange as defective
