Which one is better?

Hello i have been looking at 2 headphones. It is between these:

Razer kraken headphones for 60$:

Sennheiser HD 419 headphones for 40$:

I willl be using these headphones for gaming and listening to music.

The razers have 40mm drivers and i could not find the size of the hd 419's.

I prefer to have 40mm+ drivers. Also would i be able to use any kind of software on the hd 419's to get surround sound?

Sennheizer makes great headphones but for gaming, you can't beat Razer. Get the Krakens. they will have much better sound for gaming. There is a piece of software made by Razer thaat can simulate 7.1 surround sound using any headphones, however, it is specially optimized to be use with razer headphones and will work much better for 3D than the sennheizers: http://www.razerzone.com/surround .
