I was thinking of upgrading my cpu (anthlon x2 215 @2.7ghz) to amd anthlon x4 or x3

mobo: http://www.amazon.com/computers-accessories/dp/B0047X63N4

i was just wondering if my mobo can support 95w and i am also upgrading my graphic card to gtx 660 pny for 194 off newegg

Or if anyone has a way better way of upgrading my pc lol it is so shitty hahaha. In the near future by like christmas i am planning to get another gtx 660 and sli i no my mobo can't support it but i was going to get a new one later....hopefully. Budget is tight. Max $300 due to neweggs $250 and over deal of no interest if paid within 6 months. I would have an extra $70 to put into this rig but bf4 is coming out.
Any answer is appreciated and will be taken into considiration. If you have another plan i was willing to drop to the 650 ti boost or 7850 (prefer 650 ti boost sp) just to give you some room if you want to help me out. that would save $20 and be able to put it into another part. I have at least one thing right i upgraded my psu to 600w

My patatoe:
Anthlon x2 215 (@2.7ghz)
4gb ram ddr2
xfx hd 6750 ddr3 128 bit
psu 600w
monitor is only 1600x900 resolution. (no 1080p gaming for me as i don't see a difference)

Thank you for all the help and taking the time to reading this massive essay. Thank You So much!!!!

Your MB's upgrade path will depend on if it will accept a newer processor w/o a BIOS update. Best to contact Dell about that. The difference in wattage shouldn't be an issue. There were very few boards that weren't at least 95W.
