When i game with my radeon hd 6670 it usually jumps up to 85-92c when the case door is on, i usually leave the door off now and put a desk fan there and it keeps it around 70c. I understand ati cards run a little hotter. But should i be worried about the card being above 85 for extended periods of time? i pretty much game all day. Or am i just worrying too much? And for cooling i have the default NZXT m59 case fans. Gonna eventually get 2 140mm for the top.

yes, you should get a little worried on those high temps. at full load, you should only get a maximum of 80 degrees. i have a card like you before and i live in a very hot country. ill suggest to add high quality fans in your case OR replace the case with one with a good ventilation. antec case fans are good, it might help you in cooling your GPU.
