have you connected the 6pin connector of the PSU to the GPU? install the driver first before installing the GPU to board. try again. i am following your post, ill answer it to the best that i can

you should install the drivers. without it, the GPU will not be recognized. its like buying a luxury card without you knowing how to drive. what is your CPU and PSU by the way?

If the card is not installed properly, try to push in and listen for a sound or pull a slider to lock the card into place. After frimly in, please set PCI-Express as the default VGA device, and save/reboot

Since you seem to have a oem desktop, i think you may have to reset the cmos with the motherboard jumper switch then install the card. You could either do this by plugging out all the power from psu and battery out of the motherboard and install it.
