Windows 7 install on Acer one SSD replacement. No disc.

Hi Folks, here's my pickle: I'm replacing a dead HDD in my Acer one with a Samsung SSD. The Acer Aspire didn't come with a windows CD, but I do have product keys for the software. ALSO, the "one" doesn't have an optical drive, just the external that connects by USB.

Can I get Windows 7 installed (no clone needed) on the new SSD without repurchasing? And will I be able to install it from the external optical drive? ( or USB?) thanks on advance for any tips!

Thanks Emerald. That is very helpful and to the point. How can I tell which "bit" 32/64 I need. My sticker just says home premium OA.
