Specs:

GTX 690
16 GB DDR3 1866MHz
SSD
i7 3820 3.6 GHz

I'm getting incredibly low FPSs in games. I got 5 FPS max in this benchmark. I don't know what's wrong.. Can someone explain to me what's happening? SLI is enabled, and even if it wasn't, I still wouldn't be getting these incredibly low scores. I'm really freaked out. Thank you all very much.

You might want to call the manufacturer of your GPU. You should still have time of your warranty considering the card has only been out for a little over a year.

Maybe the drivers or maybe you're not running your card on 16x slot, i mean it might be set to lower.

Try GPU-z and look there.
