Good evening,
Is there a monitor with this features? I have searched a lot but I can't find it! Is there some thing wrong with the features?

Drop the 1440p part, and the Asus VG278HE has the rest of those option, but you do have to buy the 3D Vision 2 kit separately. It technically does not have 1ms response time (it is 2ms), but with the Lightboost, it behaves as if it has 0ms response time. Lightboost causes the image to pulse, to make it so it isn't bright until the pixels completely change. This gives it a similar look to 120hz CRT monitors. While it is 144hz, to get that feature, you'll be limited to 120hz to get the 0 motion blur: http://www.blurbusters.com/zero-motion-blur/lightboost/
