Will a ATI 7950 fit into the case ok? And Would a Corsiar h80i fit also?

It should be able to, but it will be a tight fit.
I have a Asus 660ti in and it fits easily. The 7950 is slightly longer but there is space there.
Also, I have 2 120 fans mounted at the top as exhaust fans and i would assume you could mount the h80i Rad up there if need be.

If you check out youtube, you will find vids of the Zalman Z11 with full watercooling loops, ATI cards and Rads but its not something I would be able to do personally as I need more space.

If you haven't already bought the case, I would say spend a little more and get something more spacious to make sure the parts will fit with no doubts.

EDIT - What 7950 card do you have or are you looking at getting ? According to the web, the "Sapphire 11196-09-40G HD7950 3GB" has the following dimensions - 27.5 x 11.5 x 5.2 cm which is actually smaller than the GTX 660ti I have - 40 x 25 x 6 cm.
So should easily fit...
