$500 Dollar Gaming Rig Help

Looking for a good gaming pc build ($500 and under) that will be able to run games like battlefield and skyrim at 45+ fps with maxed out settings. (I am also planning to run windows 8)

I'm open to suggestions and wouldn't mind going over my budget a little bit.

Its $510 but i think it would suit your needs quite well. You won't max out games for $500 but I don't think you will get much better then this

GPU. Grab yourself a GTX 650 Ti Boost or a 2gb radeon 7850 instead of a 7770. This should be $50 or so more then the 7770. Then pick up a decent CPU cooler so you can get a decent overclock out of your FX.
