can anyone recommend the best possible graphics card for this system? (cards under $350 please) I want to know if I can upgrade to maybe a 7950 (for some new games) or something like that, and am not sure if the PSU can handle it. Thanks for the help!

I would suggest a GTX 760. Best bang for buck at the minute, and falls under your budget by $50! Will play any game out at high graphics for the most part. Your PSU should be enough providing you dont OC.

Well, both really. Depends on how much you OC your CPU by to be honest. There shouldnt be a problem providng you dont OC your GPU, as this will each more power. If you want a ball park on what power draw you will get if you OC, take a look at the following website and input the information. You can choose a CPU OC also:

To overclock your GPU I take it?

You dont NEED an aftermarket cooler to OC per se, I have OC'd both of my 670's to buggery on the stock coolers with no problems. A cheap way to keep your cards cool is to add some high airflow chassis fans in strategic positions in your case. I would personally advise against aftermarket coolers, as I have yet to see one that doesnt expell air into the case. the stock reference cooler on EVGA cards are good because they expell around 90% of air out the back of the case, keeping the heat away from the rest of your hardware. However, afteremarket coolers do keep cards cooler than the stock ones by a noticeable amount.

One thing to take into consideration if you are getting a 700 series card, the new GPU Boost2.0 software actually wants the cards to run hotter to enable the GPU boost to run efficiently. I am not sure of the specifics of this, some research is required, but that is the general point.
