bios freeze. Wont boot up

Hi there,

I'ving a problem on pc when i start up. It freezes on bios logo.

I recently install a gtx770 from asus when i start my pc it stuck on bios screen then starts to beep (normal one) than starts beep again (normal) and the third beep (1normal and 2 short).

I dont know what it is. When i put my old graphic card on my pc it starts normal.

P.s:

My bios is update to the last
My old graphic card is gtx550ti
My board dx58so

Please help me fix this

I already did this. I put on the first PCIe x16 2.0 slot but noting.

By clearing the CMOS you mean take out the battery, the jump and unplugget the power for how long?

Yes, i have the power for the graphic card. Mu PSU is Vulcanic 1000w. The fans spin, the light on booth connector is on and it shows me the image of the bios but freeze there.

Im currently using the old card and works normal, no freezing, no beeps. I already have the latest bios. I was reading on other forums and maybe my cpu is bottleneck to the gpu. It cant handle the new graphics. I already bought another motherboard lets see what will happen.

I got my issue fixed. I have to downgrade my BIOS and the card work, didn't freeze or anything.
