how to assign drive letter for this problem partition?

'm using windows 7 64bit ,once my system shutdown suddenly..again restarted ( i was using 4 partition including c partition) but its bootmgr missing..so c drive is crashed "no problem" but when i put HDD in other system its showing one more drive is crashed which is contained important files...so please help me...how to assign drive letter for this problem partition?

You can put all your hard drive is formatted and re-install the system partition

what abt my files? its not good solution ...any way thanx for response..

just try to open in legacy os's ...like xp n later....then it ll work
