If you dont intend to overclock, the build is fine. Otherwise just spend a few more bucks on the cooler since these 22nm chips tend to run a lot hotter than their predecessor 32nms'

I plan on overclocking after I break it in for a month or so. Thats why I chose the K version, also update on the PSU I went with SeaSonic M12II 650 Bronze instead of the 620 as it maybe more overkill but i do plan on the overclock and the 650 is haswell approved. CPU cooler I may upgrade if needed, as it stands I had an extra evo 212 unboxed, so I just decided to use it for now.

That card does out preform the 760 but at almost double the price, I could just SLI two 760s and be better off I would say.
