pc overheating badly

Hello, I have a big problem with my pc the idle temps are 52c system temp 48 cpu fan speed 5113 ( noisyyy ) with the room temp 28c in tasks like facebook youtube and twitch. In gaming it completely shuts down dosent reboot just shuts down after just 10-15 minutes of games like csgo and dota2. How can i fix it.

mb ga-ma770-ds3 rev 2.0
cpu amd 6000+
hd5670 gddr5
2gb ram
psu hpc-400-h12s

I was wondering if i can upgrade the cpu from what i understand the motherboard supports some of the "newer" cpus.

Your overheating would probably be solved by reseating your cpu with some new thermal paste.

I just took the pc to a service 2 months ago and the guy said he changed the thermal paste of the cpu and gpu. Is it worth it to change it again ?
can u recomand one of those cpus that will go with my pc ?
