Both of my drivers are up to date. AMD graphic card's driver version is 13.101.0.0 and the intel graphic card's driver version is 9.18.10.3055.

Did you use the AMD drivers from AMD or the laptop vendor? Did this work OK before? For laptops, the video drivers you'd want to use is the one the laptop vendor provides, not from AMD.

Check that program out in the link and make sure you test it on full power mode.

i did the things told in this link and after uninstalling my amd driver i restarted my pc and the pc automatically detected my amd graphic card and installed the driver version 9.0.12.0 and now fifa 13 is working perfectly without any stutter or lag. Should i update my driver?

After i restarted my pc my windows explorer, internet explorer and windows gadgets all stopped working but fifa 13 was working fine. So i updated my driver back to 13.101.0.0 and these problems were solved but the stuttering started again. What should i do now??

If you have issues with both the old drivers and the new ones, you may just have to wait to see if AMD releases a new versoin that fixes the FIFA issue. Did you install the drivers from the Laptop vendor or from AMD directly? If from AMD, install the ones from the Laptop vendor. If Windows has issues, try another reboot.

The intel graphic card is built-in. NFS MW 2012 is working smoothly so i'm sure that i'm using the 2gb amd one.

Did you try disabling the Intel HD 4000? Because, if I'm not mistaken, your laptop uses the Intel HD 4000 until it needs more power, and then switches to the AMD GPU. I believe FIFA isn't as demanding as NFS, so it's possible that it keeps switching between the two GPUs, causing the suttering.

I disabled the Intel graphic card and ran fifa but an error window pops up and the game does not start.
