Hi,
So i've recently bought myself a new rig, built it myself (specs below) it currently has two SLI'd 660tis which i intend to use for 3D gaming, however after installing the drivers my computer restarts after every 'starting windows' the screen goes black 'no input detected' then reboots but just before it reboots small pix-elated lines appear down the screen for a fraction of a second then disappear. I actually did get them both working when i had the machine running, but it prompted me to install the latest drivers. I did now they don't work full stop, I can't help thinking that something on the cards has changed which is stopping them from working.

I have tried the 309, 314 and 320 drivers. All the same fault, no resolve. I have also tried Dx9/11 to see if that helped, no it didn't.

i5 4760k
MSI Z87 GD65 Gaming series
8Gb DDR3 Kingston HyperX Genesis @1600Mhz
Nvidia EVGA 660Ti 2Gb Superclocked x2
Corsair GS800 PSU
Win7 Ultimate 64Bit

Reading suggestions on other forums the main one has been to reinstall windows and/or to update the drivers. Sadly neither of those worked, including doing a fresh install of windows with only the chipset drivers installed.

The link below is the .DMP after every crash, i noticed the Graphic_TDR_Failure but have no idea how to resolve. Putting some registry entries in somebody else suggested didn't seem to work, unless i did that wrong.

Any help would be much appreciated, i've spent 30+ hours on trying to fix this..

if different versions of drivers do not work after fresh installs of windows also, if you have also tried the card in different slots, also try it in a friends pc if possible.

it could be that you have a bad card to begin with and it needs returning.

issue is most likely occurring when the drivers are installed due to extended features on the card being used beyond the basic driver, a friend of mine had this with a card and it didnt matter what driver he used it just would fail whenever you used an official driver, he sent it back and they confirmed it as faulty.

but try it in a different slot if available on your motherboard and in a different system first, if it is the same then it is most likely the card.

I'm getting one replaced on RMA to see if that helps, i'll test that before sending the other back. If neither works i'll just save up and buy myself two 780's.

have you tried using one card at a time and seeing which one works?

Both give exactly the same fault, the BCCode 116. Tried all of the suggestions from forums to no avail.

if both do not work then chances are it could be your motherboard or psu, do you have another pc you can try the cards in?
