MSI G45 or Gigabyte UD3H

Hey guys. I'm stuck between MSI and Gigabyte motherboards. I was thinking Asus, but then I said, they're overpriced.
So, my options are the ones in the title. For the MSI, I would get the gaming edition because of the looks and the release date.
Anyway, I just want to make sure overclocking the 3570k (or the 4670k)will be easy to get to 4.5ghz. Also, if there are any differences between pci slots or anything, I would like to know.

Personally, I would choose Gigabyte over MSI any time assuming the boards were comparably equipped.
