That is a semi-legit board. ASRock is famous for skimping out on areas that don't produce stats, like the VRMs and Caps and so on. Which means if you don't OC it and your not using a huge setup, absolutely nothing. But if you plan on having a beefy setup and OC stuff, get a ASUS or MSI board (ASUS being the better of the two). Spending money on your motherboard does not improve performance, but buying the right one can save a lot of headache, as well as increase the life of the board, as well as your other components.
