HELP!! i need to reformat a pain system and then reinstall fresh

i want to use a program to reformat my harddisk as it is totally corrupt. someone installed a graphics driver that is in compatible and the system is now POOCHED!! It finds a blue screen of death then no display is shown. Unfortunately no backup syste repair was creatd so i want just to format the harddrive and reinstall a fresh windows. What program cani use to do ths?

A windows install disk is all you'll need.

Have you tried starting in safe mode?
For formatting the drive you can simply use the Windows utility, during the installation process.
