Looking at a Mid Range Gaming Build under $900 but could stretch to $1000

I'm a little worried on having a to high GPU for the CPU, I want to play new tittles on High settings like Battlefield 4, Elder Scrolls Online, Arma, AC 4

I'm not sure if i should go for an i5 and downgrade my GPU to a 650 Ti...

this is the entry level for gaming.

I had another build set out like that with a lower GPU though at a lower price but that looks good.
Would like to see what other people suggest as well.
