login to desktop 8 cmds windows then opens closes so fast i cant see what it says

i login to desktop there is like 8 or more cmd windows opening up, they close just fast as cmd opens....
antivirus i have ran are: avast, spy-bot, melwarebytes, combofix, and eset online..

had few threats found but they was just programs that's been on my laptop for a while. so now all the antivirus program didn't find any virus's to worry about.
could it be a worm virus. i have notice that my laptop is running slow then normal..
