Asus Radeon HD 6670 - 300 (350 peak) watt PSU - Good enough?

I am getting this new graphics card.

Asus Radeon HD 6670 1GB GDDR5

From looking at my PSU's sticker, it says (300 watts (350 peak) )

Is this enough wattage for my system?

If interested, my system is this:

Operating System: Windows Vista 32 Bit
Motherboard: Foxconn 45CMX/45GMX/45CMX-K (Socket 775)
Processor: Intel Pentium E2180 Dual Core 2.00GHz
Ram: 3GB
(Current) graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 5450

I will also be upgrading my processor and ram in the future.

300W is enough for your build (If u mind tell me the brand of your PSU). But how much is your HD 6670 GDDR5?

I've found out that HD 7750 GDDR5 priced a little more than the 6670 one at newegg.com. Don't worry because 7750 doesn't need a 6-pin power connector. Its TDP will almost the same as HD 6670, but it would perform much better than 6670.

U could search HD 6670 vs HD 7750 by google, there are many comparisons online. Your CPU might be a little bit weak. Overclock it if possible.

6670 and 7750 are very low wattage. They can run on every PSU.
