Hey there Tom's users,

We're currently experiencing a very brief glitch in usability for the site with some server issues. Our tech team is on it and attempting to resolve the issue post-haste. Please bear with us during this momentary, unexpected downtime for portions of the service.

Thanks all!

Greetings Massillon. What seems to be the problem? Have you confirmed your user account using the email that was sent to you? What error message are you receiving?

No error message ..... when I hit "Publish my thread" it just cycles (for lack of a better term)!!
It may be a setting in my machine ... I've tried MIE and Google Crome .... (Windows 7) Thanks

That really does sound like it could be an issue with the security settings on your browser, or possibly an installed plugin or extension. My best advice would be to make sure you are using a standard, up to date browser without any plugins or extensions installed (or turn these off to check), and have your security settings at the default level. If it still hangs at that point, we can further diagnose what might be the issue.

Hope this helps!

I am just wondering if anyone else is still experiencing this page 404 issue when trying to click unfollow to stop getting email notifications for example when a post is already solved but people keep posting for a bit afterwards but I no longer want to get emails from it. The page 404 comes up and I can't unfollow a thread! Just hoping this issue is still getting resolved so that I am aware.

Do you get a 404 on all threads you are trying to unfollow, or just one in particular? Are you able to successfully unfollow other threads?

Every single thread whether on my phone or on a pc or apple computer. Everywhere but only when I click the unfollow link for me. :??:

Looks like this is a newly emergent bug, and affecting a number of users. I'll make sure this gets added to the fix list ASAP.
Thanks for the heads-up on this!
