horrible lag in every game

Hi Guyz.

I build the following rig recently and i am having this weird Lagging problem in game. When i play games like Assasin creed 2 , Prototype 2 , Fifa 2013 and others after like 10-15 min games starts lagging horribly and becomes unplayable . I tried lowest possible settings but the problems remains . Even at low resolution 1024x768 it lags. i tried updating driver still no luck windows are freshly installed so no virus issue and i am using windows 7 64bit. Tempratures looks fine too as i have 3 fans in Chassis . Any help would be appreciated . THANKS

Mother board: Asus B75M-A
4gb ddr3 ram 1333
PSU: Cooler Master GX 550 WATT POWER SUPPLY 42 amp
GPU : HIS 7750 1 GB DDR 5
Chassis: Gigabyte GZ-G2

well i read this kind of prob. in another thread few days ago. But doing a clean installation probably helped him. what HDD do u have? do u also have a SSD?

clean installation of windows or driver ? i tried updating and reistalling driver both but it dint work and windows are installed recently. I dont have a solid state i have a 250 gb WD . i dont know what the issue is i do my gaming on 1024x768 its a very low resolution and the card should be able to max out games at this resolution . i have a good PSU for the card so it couldn't be psu issue . WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON I HAVE NO IDEA GETTING A LITTLE BIT WORRIED HERE !

yeah the hd7750 is a nice card and i'm currently using it on a 1600x900 res. monitor, i had no issues, it runs all games from med-high settings very comfortably. just try to check with another HDD

i have two hard driver 1 250 gb and another 160 gb i have my games in 160 gb hdd i tried installing games in my 250 gb hdd but still same problem massive fps drop in every game like 5-10 fps. i was playing Amazing Spiderman and when i am in the city i get 20-25 fps at most and when i fight enemies it drops to 10 . what should i do guyz? please help me out

can u test with someone else's HDD(give it's details) ? or a SSD?
