Notifications seem bugged

My notification drop down menu is empty. Regardless, it continues to tell me I have one notification. If I do get a notification, it goes up to two. So I view the notification and it goes back down to one. There are no new updates or private messages, but it still says I have one notification. :?

This was answered in another thread here in Forum Feedback. The TLR version? Go to http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/followed.html which is your tracked threads and hit "Mark all as read".
