650 W psu ANTEC, used to run a HD 4870.
It's brand new, but I guess it's DOA. No LEDS light up when turned on or while on, when using DVI as output, there is no output. When using HDMI, there is output but only up to the windows load up screen, then computer freeze / black screen and there are white horizontal lines inside thick vertical bars. Can't press num lock so I know it's frozen.
I can go to safe mode, but when I do, it also has the white bars. I once tried to watch a youtube video and it played perfectly( I have no onboard) but it was like a perfect video behind white bars. Any ideas guys?
I tried changing the thermal paste, but no luck. Reseated multiple times with no luck.
