Looking for a CPU fan/heatsink

I am building a computer designed for doing mostly games (games like far cry 3, skyrim, etc.) and I have every part I need except for a fan/heatsink. I don't ever plan to overclock.

I want a fan/heatsink that will be able to handle a lot of gaming without overheating without getting a fan/heatsink that would be overkill. Any suggestions are helped thanks.

The coolermaster hyper 212 evo, the one you are looking at, is a great cpu air cooler. It would even work for light OC too. I would strongly recommend that cooler.

Can you find the Hyper 212 X? It's a bit better (although not noticeable) but has the same price.
