This computer will be primarily for gaming! I am upgrading from the oldest dual core piece of junk you can imagine so going all out on this computer.

I will have a single gtx 780 with plans to get another one for SLI later on if needed.

1440p 120Hz: korean monitor or http://overlordcomputer.com/collections/27-displays/products/copy-of-new-overlord-tempest-x270oc_ag-grade-a something like that

1080p 120Hz: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-vg248qe TN panel , not IPS

Or just a regular 60Hz IPS 1440p?

Can a 780 run a 1440p 120Hz monitor? or will I need SLI for that? Anyone have experience of 120Hz vs 60 Hz, especially with Lightboost?

Solution
the asus panel would be better as it has a far lower response time for the refresh rate, its also a 144hz panel so even better than 120.
