or
MSI Z77A-G43

I'd like to know for overclocking and also performance (especially in gaming) which one is better. and also in total which one you suggest as better choice.

Get Z87 chipset and Haswell CPU. don't buy old stuff.

I can't afford it right now, they are out of my budget! however I don't think there would be much difference in performance.
please just tell me which one of these mains is better for those purposes I named!

Yeah buddy, you're right but they are currently so higher in price in our market, I think it will take about 1-2 months to get decrease and come to balance!
