HP Envy 4 1003tx Display flickering

I have owned this ultrabook since July last year and suddenly experienced that the display flickers. It starts and stops on its own for no apparant reason and every once in a while it logs off and logs back on taking me back to the log-in screen.(same as when you open and close the laptop). Please assist, tried giving it to HP as it was still under warranty but got it back from them saying there isnt any apparant fault (checked through diagonistics)

It's sounds like a MB problem. Take it back to service center and force them to look at the problem in front of you.
