New computer purchased: Possible to run 4 monitors?

A client purchased a computer with an ATI Radeon HD7350 that has a DVI and a Displayport. The Mobo has a VGA and a Displayport. Two of the monitors are operated by ONLY VGA, and one has either VGA or HDMI. He wishes to purchase and run a 4th monitor in the future. Unfortunately, to me this appears to be impossible, but Lenovo claimed otherwise prior to the purchase. Can this be done and how?

EDIT:

May have figured out solution, and would like confirmation that it could work. Using the three current monitors VGA ports, I could purchase an ACTIVE Displayport to VGA converter, in addition to a DVI-to-dual VGA converter; which in theory could run all three monitors?

Solution
Is this an AMD system (CPU) or Intel? If AMD then most likely you can hook up all 4 and go. If the CPU is intel then most likely you will not be able to.

You never mentioned what mobo...

Also that dual dvi cable requires a specific output namely the DMS59 which I'm not even sure that GPU has, not that I've ever before heard of the 7350.
