Which is a good Graphic Card Under $100

I am trying to build my own PC but I am not sure which graphic card to buy for under $100. All I need is to run Photoshop on it. Though this thread is for Graphic Cards but I also would like some suggestions on whether to buy a Phenom II or an i5 ? And which mother board to get under $100. Thank you for your help.

Sometimes it is good to look at the brands because some may have guarantees that others don't. Sometimes you can also find a 7790 sub 100 dollars with a rebate.

i5 is faster,

and if you want to upgrade your system get a new Haswell CPU i5-4xxx naming , and a Z87 motherboard.

don't get old stuff , the z87 motherboard has 6 sata3 ports (vs 2 in old) and an extra pair of USB3
