black ops 2 dept of field fps drop

ok so i have no idea whats wrong with this game. i have an amd 7850 and it runs great but when i have dept of field to high and i aim down the sight the fps drops from like 70-90 to 40-60 depending on the situation. dept of field on low fixes the problem though. is this a bug or what?

Probably a bug, just turn it off, DOF usually ruins the game anyway.
