1280 Mb VRAM - purchased late summer last year. Has had mild overclock and undervolted for the past month with no problems. 965mV - 780MHz core clock - 2008 MHz mem. Runs very cool with custom fan profile of 85% speed at 55C. It does get a little loud but I don't mind it as it keeps the card under 60C under full load on metro 2033 and BF3, ARMA3, etc.
