I own the HP p7-1234 and want to upgrade some parts on it to game on almost max settings for Battlefield 3. Will buying a good graphics card and PSU be enough, or will I have to upgrade my CPU as well?

you can probably get like a 7750 and the bottleneck wont be that bad.

but you wont really max bf3 with smooth gameplay.

honestly, get an new pc entirely, you processor is pretty bad for gaming, and to switch to a better one, you will need to change ur motherboard,

Thanks for the reply! If I get a new motherboard and processor, will a Zotac GeForce GT 610 do me the favor?
