Motherboard Compatability With SSD

hi guys need urgent help i want to buy a ssd for my pc which is bit old i have this gigabyte mobo

and i have only two option available one is Corsair

and second one is Kingston 60GB V200 series

i have some question regarding this please help me out.

1:- which one of these given ssd are good?
2:- Is these compatible with my motherboard and run properly?
3:- As i read these ha 6G/bs something my motherboard ha 3G/bs is this an issue?

Please help me out i am getting so confused?

They should work fine. They will just run at the slower SATA II speed.
But since you are only looking at getting a small 60GB - 64GB SSD, you may be interested in a SSD designed as a persistent cache drive. That way you can leave everything on your HDD and just let the SSD cache the HDD. It will make the entire HDD seem to be as fast as a SSD instead of just the few pgms you can squeeze unto a 60GB SSD.

I went to that solution after using the 64GB SSD on the system in my sig below. I found that 64GB wasn't enough for me, but when used as a persistent cache drive to my HDD, it's like turning my entire HDD into a SSD. It takes a few sessions for the cache to learn your usage, but once it does.. zoom!
