Can any monitor support my graphics card, I'm about to purchase an Asus GTX 760

Other way around: Will any graphics card support your monitor. Typically, monitors run on standard resolutions that most GPUs will cover. Typically, it's something like 1440x900, 1920x1080, etc... Just make sure that you monitor's input cable can connect to your GPU. Since you're using a 760 which is more than capable of running 1080p, I'd say you're fine. It's at higher resolutions that you run into the problem you described (like a monstrous 11,520x6480 or 3 4k monitors.)

Short answer: You're fine.
