I've dual core 2.7 GHz processor ...my motherboard is msi ms-7529 .... will HD 6670 1gb ddr5 support my pc ... I don't know my psu

Can you be more specific on the CPU?
And can you check your PSU? - that is an important part when considering GPUs.

I am sure you can run it but it best to check.

My CPU is Intel Pentium E5400 dual core 2.7GHz...

If that price is in Indian Rupees then that price is concerningly cheap.
It should probably run it though since it is only a 66 watt card.
