I've never used either of them so I can't help you there but I would go with Kingston based on reviews from Newegg and Amazon. There are plenty of reviews out there by the way to help you make a decision.
I have never used either, nor have I heard of ADATA before, however from what I remeber from benchmark reviews the Kingston 3K does very well against the Samsung 840 pro which was on the top of the market a couple of months ago. I own the 840 pro so that is why I know that. I was deciding then between the Kingston and the Samsung, but paid the extra cash for the better performance at the time.
But first, although AData seems to be a bit small. It is a good reliable company.
Pick up the Plextor M5S @ microcenter. They are on a $79 sale for 125GB. It also happens to be pretty much the most reliable drive on the market. It also happens to be wickedly quick.
