parity circuit failure fix?

My computer has 2 bleeps when it loads up (parity circuit failure) i have tested the RAM by putting one stick in at a time and it doesn't change. i have no output on the screen as normal with parity. Is there anything i can do other than take the CMOS battery out overnight. I have tried taking out and putting back the video card, and also different cables aswell. I have heard about a jumper, but i have no knowledge about it. Thanks for any awnsers,

Do you have other DRAM you could try, if so try that, if no joy, might want to bench it and troubleshoot, have a guide I wrote here:

In case its the motherboard im wondering if a reflow would fix it?
