I have an Intel e7200(Stock settings) with a Corsair H60 cooler. I've had this setup for almost 2 years now. Recently I was watching a movie on my pc and it shut down randomly. Booted back up with no problems till windows was loading, and it rebooted again. I figured it was overheating so I let it cool down. When I got it started back up, I ran CPUID HWMonitor and found it was idling at 115C. I cranked up all my fans and got it to idle around 100-105C. Checked CPU usage and its at 5-10% I haven't touched any of the hardware since I installed the cooler. Not sure what's going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Seems to be in good shape. Fans all working. Cooler is a little warm to the touch but nothing unusual. I haven't pulled the cooler off since the install way back when. So not sure what shape the thermal compound is in.
