Best motherboard and CPU for around $250

Best motherboard and processor combo for around $250? I have an hp a6130n and want to keep the power supply and hd. I do not need to buy ram as I have it at my disposal. I want to be able to do some gaming on it. At first I was going to upgrade the processor on that motherboard but realized that it is too outdated so I decided to replace the mother board and processor. Any ideas?
