Bios setup appears again an again

The problem I got is the strangest problem I or anyone may have seen is that when ever I turn on my asus n56vz it automatically goes to bios setup. No harddrive aur DVD boot available in the bios setup . I tried to restore default all the setting many times but the same problem appears. No error or message only at the time of turning on its goes straight to bios again an again.
Can somebody solve this problem.
