I can't really find any good water cooling kits that have 200mm fans (the size of the fans that come with the case), anyone know about any kits?

200mm is an odd size, you wouldnt find 200mm radiators in kits as they have to appeal to a wide user base, and not be too overly complex as the market for kits is in beginner watercoolers.
Phobya make a 200/400mm radiators I believe

You can mount a 360mm radiator in the HAF-X at the top, which is a much more common size.
Check out my build log (linked in my sig), I use a HAF-X and you will be able to see how I have approached water-cooling in it.

Being that I tried this route too (manochalk remembers that initial thread no doubt lol) let me save you some time. You will run into clearance room with 200mm rads and fan setups. Unless you are will to mod your case, it is near impossible to fit and clear components.

Check out his thread. His setup is best for a HAF X with 360s. Incidentally, you CAN leave the top 200mm fans in place, add a 360 below with push fans and will utilize very nicely. The second external 360 rad isn't necessary unless you are looking to cool gpu as well
