6MB or 8MB Cache

What are the benefits of having more Cache for your processor?
Specifically, I am looking into getting a new laptop, with the processor options of either the Intel Core i7-4800MQ that has a 2.7GHz-3.7GHZ and 6MB Cache or the Intel Core i7-4900MQ that has a 2.8GHZ-3.8GHz and 8MB Cache.
My big question is, is this upgrade worth $210? That .1GHz and 2 Extra Megabytes of Cache? What's the importants of the Cache?

The cache holds the data going back and forth from CPU to the other components, generally more is better, but may depend on the price, to me $200 is way to much
