pull ups and push ups

Any tips on how to train for a one handed pull or push up? Also how many reps of each exercise can you do?

- Hang a ladder above your height (horizontally).
- Try to pass the ladder without touching the ground.
- Do at least 100mts per day.

When it comes to gaining mass,stamina or strength on the upper body push ups and pull ups are the exercises which works the most.
This point is valid completely and i am sure the goal can be achieved through this exercise.

I like that! +1 to your answer. I'll use monkey bars on a playground instead of a ladder, but your idea is still good :)

Thats coz i does the same thing.

more you do, more your forearms develop. And not just forearms but it helps you get a gorgeous muscular back
